The process is very straightforward. We will make an initial visit to your building to assess the scope of work involved, the size and condition of the building and the likely areas of concern. This initial visit is FREE and does not oblige you to use our services. Following the initial visit, we will provide you with a firm quotation for us to carry out the survey.
Once appointed, we conduct a thorough survey of your building and identify any actual or potential asbestos hazards. Where necessary, we will take samples for testing.
Once complete, we provide you with a comprehensive report that identifies any actual or potential hazards, detailing what action is required. Usually, you will only need to be aware of the hazard, in some cases you may need to take action to isolate the hazard and only in extreme circumstances will be advise that the asbestos need be removed.
The survey is a one-off expense and will enable you to manage the risk to your customers and staff as well as fully complying with the law and requirements of your insurance company.
